What is Natural Marine Collagen?
Natural Marine Collagen is an ingestible hydrolysed collagen peptide sourced from the skin of responsibly sourced fish.
Collagen is a naturally occurring protein that helps support the structure of skin, hair and nails. As we age, our natural collagen production declines. Supplementing with collagen peptides can help support collagen production and maintain healthy skin, hair and nails while smoothing fine lines, boosting skin firmness and improving elasticity.

What is the correct dosage of Marine Collagen for me?
Your individual dose will depend on your desired results.
- One daily serve naturally boosts the body’s collagen production to maintain healthy hair, skin, and nails.
- Two serves treats the first signs of ageing, including fine lines and wrinkles, weak nails, and fine hair.
- Three serves is for those with damaged skin, wrinkles, a dull complexion, brittle nails, very fine or dry hair. (
If you’re taking more than one serving a day, it’s best to spread them out to support optimal absorption. We recommend not exceeding 10 grams of collagen per day.
