How do I swap my subscription?

1. When you're logged in to the customer portal, click Manage Subscription
2. Click 'Edit Options' underneath your product
3. Click 'Swap for a different product' at the top of the page
4. Make your selection and pick your delivery frequency
5. Click 'Confirm Swap' to confirm the changes

Can I skip or reschedule my subscription?

1. When you're logged in to the customer portal, click Manage Subscription
2. Click on View and Manage Order and then More Actions to find the reschedule or skip options. 
3. Once selected, please confirm that you'd like to skip your order.

You will have the option to 'Unskip' if you change your mind.

How do I change the frequency of my subscription?

Follow these steps to update your subscription frequency:

1. When you're logged in to the customer portal, click Manage Subscription
2. Click Edit options underneath your product
3. Select your preferred frequency from the drop down menu
4. Select Save changes
